our photography class.
Thursday, July 29, 2010 @ 1:47 PM

Yesterday, we started using DSLR in our photography class. I really had fun using it, and I did some great pictures, well, for me. I really want to share it to this blog, but unfortunately, I can't yet. Maybe later when I get home.
Anyway, after all the class yesterday, my tropa decided to eat at greenwich for pizza. We never hangout as a whole anymore and we would like to catch up with each other all at the same time. It was fate that put us all together to make the day possible. It was very fun. And because we have our DSLR brought, we took pictures of the day. Memorable.
All in all, yesterday was really fun. It was so awesome to hangout with these people. Each of us have our own personality, own likes and dislikes. But if you put us together, it's just oh-so-magical. :)

Tuesday, July 20, 2010 @ 2:08 AM

It was 1AM when I saw one post on tumblr that totally hit me. I really have so many bad memories in life, and I really want them to disappear. Well, that's very impossible, but I just wanna try to erase all these painful memories away.

The post was from kidaokagee.
Title : Nais ko kayong anyayahing gumawa ng listahan ng mga bagay na masasakit para sa inyo.
Post : Tapos, tapos, wala lang. Edi nalista na natin. Hahaha. Pwedeng sunugin. Pwedeng matuto mula sa mga ito. Pwedeng… mag-look back kung paano tayo naka-get over.
O kaya pwedeng deadmahin niyo na lang din ‘to (dahil wala lang naman talaga akong magawa tapos nandadamay pa ako). Hahahaha.
After reading that, I wrote every bad memory I can remember in a tiny piece of paper. Then,

I burned it. While the paper is turning into ashes, I watched every single letter burn and disappear. When I don't see the paper anymore, I turned the faucet on and watch how these insignificant ashes go into the drain. I was relieved that I won't be able to see these words again. It helped me a bit, but it showed me one fact about life. That even if you put all your efforts into erasing these memories, they will always leave a scar that will remind you about them. In this case, they left me

a tiny part of the paper. I can burn it again or throw it to completely erase all the memories. But I didn't. I kept it and hid it on my wallet. Because for me, that tiny piece of paper will always be a proof that from all these memories, I survived.

top 5 pathetic showbiz issues.
Friday, July 16, 2010 @ 9:53 PM

I've compiled 5 pathetic showbiz issues and rumors. Now, why are these pathetic?

First issue = "Marian Rivera's real bad attitude behind the camera."
  • Before telling you how pathetic this is, let me show you the video first.
  • See? That was what they say, "REAL BAD ATTITUDE" behind the camera. (sigh)  Not because they're celebrities, doesn't mean they are not allowed to be pissed off or be mad. What she said on the video was, "Oh bat ngayon, ganyan ka? Porket maraming nanonood sayo, ngayon, mabait ka. Kanina, tinatarantado mo ko, ako lang mag-isa nakakarinig sa'yo." (why are you like that now? just because people are now watching you, you're kind. but earlier, when i was alone and i'm the only one hearing you, you're treating me like shit.) Which means there must be something wrong with that guy. Right? I mean, the guy didn't even said I didn't do anything wrong to Marian. All he said was that he shouldn't be touched by the other people because he didn't do anything wrong with them.
  • People tend to use videos like this to ruin someone's career. It's not gonna work. She didn't even do anything. She was just fighting for her rights as a person and as a woman.
Second issue = (once again) "Marian Rivera saying "isa ho akong Psychology" (i'm a psychology) instead of "isa ho akong Psychologist" (i'm a Psychologist)"
  • Ever heard of the word, "mistake"? Once again, here's the video. Tss.
  • I'm guessing you already know what my point is.
Third issue = "Raymond Gutierrez is GAY."
  • First of all, who is he or us to care? He's not even that popular. His brother is, though. But not him. Anyway, what if he's gay? He's a showbiz talk show host. He's into gossip, latest issues, chikas, whatever you call it. It's not inappropriate to be gay if you're in that field. If you're a matinee idol though, that is inappropriate. Making all the girls scream your name, but what you really want is for guys to do that. LOL, at the same time, sheesh. -____-

Fourth issue = "A Blooper from the Government."
  • On his very first day as president, President Aquino declared “all non-career executive positions vacant as of 30 June 2010, and extending the services of contractual employees whose contracts expire on 20 June 2010.”
  • But after declaring, when the circular was handed to Malacañang reporters, it has been replaced with a "revised circular" dated on the same day as the original.
  • The revised circular read: “Declaring all co-terminous third level positions vacant as of June 30, 2010; directing all non-career executive service officials (non-CESO) occupying career executive service (CES) positions to continue to perform their duties and responsibilities; and extending the services of certain contractual and/or casual employees whose contracts expire on June 30, 2010.”
  • The issues now say that it's a blooper and it was a very careless act coming from the government of President Aquino.
  • My point is, it was his first day. Give the guy same break, for Christ's sake. He's still human even though he's a president, ok? :)
Fifth issue (finally) = "ABS-CBN's number 1! GMA7's number 1! NETWORK WAR!"
  • We watch your shows, that's it. No need for network wars. No need to debate about who's number 1 or who has better ratings. Each channel have their own specialty. You'll just have to deal with that. No need to be the best. Give chance to others. Well, being the best is possible, but it's unnecessary. Why do you want to be the best? So you could brag about being number 1? That's just pathetic.
That's it for now. Hope you understand what my point is and what I'm trying to say.

    watching videos on YouTube.
    Friday, July 9, 2010 @ 5:01 PM

I love YouTube. You can watch videos created by users, watch favorite scenes from your favorite tv shows, watch shows you missed while shopping, etc. It's a very intelligent site. Flash became famous because it. (not the superhero, ok?)
Anyway, I just wanted to share this video I saw while roaming around YouTube. The girl, I think, is from GMA 7's first Taiwanovela, My MVP Valentine. And the guy is from ABS-CBN's Taiwanovela, Miss No Good. It's a Coca Cola commercial from China/Taiwan. Enjoy. :)

Nice, right? Also a great technique to create a cheesy moment for you and your love ones. :)

    pinoy henyo.
    @ 3:25 PM

I always watch Eat Bulaga's Pinoy Henyo portion. It's very nice to watch how these contestants make a fool of themselves. LOL. Well, not all. Some, maybe.
A pair will be given two minutes to play the game. First person must guess what word is being shown on the machine on his/her head. While the other person will just answer "Oo" (yes), "Hindi" (no), or "Pwede" (can be) after the first person ask her questions like "Tao ba 'to?" (is this a person?), "Lugar?" (a place?), "nakikita ba 'to sa bahay?" (is this seen inside a house?), etc.

That's Eugene Domingo, BTW (lady in yellow). A veteran actress. One of my favorites. While the other lady in blue is Elena. I saw her in the movie, "Kimmy Dora".
Anyway, some contestants exaggerate how they say the three words. Specifically, by shouting. Very irritating. But some though, say it appropriately. Just right.
It's a very nice game, actually. It practices how we open our minds into all nouns. It exercises how we think with simple clues given to us. And it strengthens our discipline in following rules. Even though it's just a game, if we open our minds, it actually helps our personality and our way of thinking. Very nice. :)
This is the episode of the above's screencaps. Watch it! It's hilarious!
